Blush Mark will issue a full refund, minus shipping fees, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You must process your return request through your Blush Mark account within 30 days delivery to be eligible for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with the tags still attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty items. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason.
HOW TO RETURN:
Login to your Blush Mark account within 30 days of delivery and select the order you'd like to return.
Begin the return process by selecting "Returns and Refunds" on your order and follow the return instructions.
You will receive a prepaid return label and return form via email within 24 hours. Please print out the shipping label and return forms.
Pack up the item(s) you'd like to return in the same box or box of similar size. Place the return forms in the box with your item(s).
Please note: Blush Mark will only provide one prepaid return label per order so make sure you are returning all unwanted items at once.
Make sure any old labels are completely covered and place the new shipping label on the box to ensure your return is delivered back to us successfully.
Drop your return off with the designated shipping carrier on your prepaid return label - you can hand your return to a delivery driver, drop it off at a local drop box, or take your return to a local pick up location.
You'll receive an email confirmation for your records once your refund is complete.
Don’t let return tracking fool you! It can take up to 3 business days for us to process your return and refund once the package arrives back in our warehouse.
